When a patient is served we receive the information and pursue the claim until it is brought to a zero balance. This includes all claim submission to all insurance plans, follow-up on delayed or improperly adjudicated claims, appeal of denials, and a pursuit of patient balances.
Our friendly and skilled staff help patients with billing questions and work with them to understand their balance. We become the business office for practices we serve and provide security and efficiency which is usually only available to large practices.
Our clients have full access to their information in our care. We use business intelligence software to dive into data and provide meaningful reports and analysis for our clients.
